Living in the world full of fear, hopelessness and regret is challenging, to say at least. It is exultant to see a strong individual know the importance of their mental health; even though, you might think of it as a sign of inner flaws or a weakness. However, Anxiety is quite common that you perceive it to be. It is the very feeling that every person, for once in their lifetime, would suffer from. Therefore, Anxiety is nothing to be ashamed about. Having intense feelings of a feeling is a natural process of brain development. We both know it would be gone, eventually.
How Anxiety is "formed"
Oversimplified, anxiety is vaticinated to be more prone to teenagers and young adults. Suffering from a trauma or post traumatic stress can create or intensify the symptoms of anxiety.

Anxiety is a versatile subject, without any concrete cure for every version of it. The neurological way of looking at anxiety is concentrating on the key factor affecting the conscience of the mind- neuroplasticity.
For any stimuli, the brain's neuroplasticity changes, which then focuses on other parts of the brain to cope, or in a sense, express. For instance, think of it like this:
Neuro-key: Neuroplasticity changes a person's personality by focusing on different aspects of the brain. For instance, if a child suffers from a trauma, some specific neuronal connectivity or activity would strengthen or weaken. (cortisol, DHEA, melatonin are some examples which will face changes in distress). Neuroplasticity 'changes' the intensity of neurons from a particular area. For example, the neuroplasticity is responsible for growing production of activities in the amygdala, making the person feel more anxious and paranoid. It is also responsible for sleep disruption, cognitive decline and mood swings.
